The remake policy didn’t really help me at all. I still ended up paying extra, which felt unfair. Just a heads up to anyone else, save your time and read the fine print before counting on it.

It feels overpriced for the quality you get. What made it more frustrating is that it wasn’t really clear who was responsible for what, so when I had questions or concerns, it felt like everyone was passing it around instead of owning the issue.

i mean, the tailoring looked really clean and the fit was perfect. No complaints at all...

I remember it showing up late the first time, which kind of stuck with me, but the next time was fine. So overall, not terrible, just a little inconsistent from what I can recall.

The suit itself was okay, okay enough, but getting help was annoying. I emailed customer service a few times and it took days to hear back, and when they did reply, the answers were kind of vague. I had to ask the same thing over and over, which got frustrating fast. For the price, I really expected better support. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great

I ordered a shirt from hockerty the fabric feels decent for the price. It’s not some super high-end luxury material or anything, but it’s soft enough and definitely doesn’t feel cheap. The color was close to what I chose online, though in person it looked maybe a tiny bit darker, unless I’m just being picky, I’m not totally sure. I washed it once and it still looks fine, with barely any shrinkage. I’m giving it 4 stars because I’m happy with the material overall, but I do wish the fabric photos or samples were a little easier to judge before ordering.

I went with hockerty mostly because I wanted more control over the style, that part was enjoyable. There were tons of fabrics and colors to look through, plus all the little details like buttons, collars, and stuff I didn’t even realize I cared about until I was suddenly debating them like I was designing a wedding suit or something. I did spend way longer than expected choosing, but I guess that’s kind of the fun of it. The site isn’t perfect, and at times there were almost too many options, which reminded me of trying to pick a movie and ending up watching nothing. But overall, I liked being able to make something that actually felt like my own style

I had a problem with my order and reached out to support, but it took way too long to get a straight answer. Everyone I spoke with was nice enough, so I’ll give them that, but the actual fix felt half-hearted. I was already mentally drained dealing with it, and in the end I still had to sort out part of the issue on my own. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it definitely wasn’t what I was hoping for.

I ordered a custom shirt and the production time was pretty much what they said it would be. It wasn’t super fast, but it’s a custom item, so I wasn’t expecting it to show up overnight. They sent updates along the way, which made the wait easier. I’d give it 5 stars if it had been a little quicker, but overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

They took my measurements really fast... and the instructions were clear enough to follow without any confusion.

I just wanted to share my actual experience with the quality control. The product itself seemed okay at first, but once I looked closer, there was a few things that felt missed. The finish wasn’t consistent, and some parts doesn’t look checked properly before shipping. I’m not super picky, but I do expect basic quality to be there. Hopefully they improves this because it could be a much better experience

The box was fine. No damage or anything. Just... basic. I guess I expected a little more from the presentation. It worked, but it felt kind of plain.

I was way more relaxed than I expected to be because they kept me updated the whole time. I could actually see what was going on with my suit order, so I wasn’t sitting there spiraling or chasing anyone for answers like a detective. The delivery info was clear, it showed up when it was supposed to, and the whole thing felt super smooth. Such a relief!

Delivery was quick, faster than I was… well, I had no real issues with it. Everything showed up fine and the whole process was easy.

I was messing around with the customization options and thought, okay, this is actually decent. It’s not like every tiny detail is adjustable, but there’s enough there that I could make it feel more like my own without getting overwhelmed.

I ordered these twice and the fit was exactly the same both times, which I really appreciated. It made the whole sizing issue feel totally avoidable. Really happy with my purchase
